Lubova manages Rödl Accounting AS and all its employees in a professional manner, while taking care of team integration.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Tax Law obtained at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen på Vestlandet) and has more than 19 years of experience in accounting and taxes, understanding these subjects from alpha to omega.

What does that mean to you as our client or partner? Since we changed our name to Rödl & Partner Accounting AS, all contracts signed with Omega Accounting AS are still valid without changes. Aleksandra F. Eriksen will still be the chairman of the board and Lubova Afanasjeva will still be CEO. Most of the employees will continue in their positions.
